Our Team
Hasina Letellier is dedicated to advancing underserved communities through economic empowerment, cultural education, international exchange, and youth development. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Hasina’s commitment to service is rooted in her firsthand understanding of the strengths, needs, and potential of culturally diverse communities.
Hasina holds a Master of Arts in International Communication from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University. Her academic background also includes international studies in Spain, Costa Rica, and Cuba. Living abroad in Guinea and having studied abroad allows Hasina to have a broader view and understanding of domestic and global needs and opportunities.
Since founding SAG, Hasina has led humanitarian and community initiatives supporting families in New York, the Caribbean, and West Africa. Her work has included disaster-relief campaigns, youth employment and research opportunities, senior and shelter assistance, international community-development projects, and programs connecting African and Caribbean history, language, music, and culture.
Tiffany Coffman is an entrepreneur, strategist, and researcher whose work focuses on innovation ecosystems, responsible technology development, and workforce transformation. As a member of Social Advancement Group’s Board of Directors, she contributes expertise in emerging technology and strategic communications.
Tiffany Coffman is an entrepreneur, strategist, and researcher focused on innovation ecosystems, ethical technology development, and workforce transformation. She is currently completing graduate studies at Los Angeles Pacific University, where her research explores new models for developing responsible artificial intelligence talent.
Her work centers on bridging emerging technologies with practical workforce solutions that combine technical training, ethical governance, and collaborative innovation. Tiffany is the creator of AI House, a residential innovation ecosystem designed to cultivate technically skilled and ethically grounded AI professionals through immersive, live-work learning environments.
In addition to her academic research, Tiffany is the founder of The Coffman Agency, a public relations and strategic consulting firm that has supported major brands, media platforms, and creative talent across entertainment, technology, and business sectors.
Her work sits at the intersection of AI workforce development, experiential education, and responsible AI governance, with the goal of helping organizations and communities prepare for the next generation of technology leadership.
Iziah Reid is a technology entrepreneur and software-development professional with experience creating digital products, mobile applications, and technology solutions. As a member of Social Advancement Group’s Board of Directors, he contributes expertise in technology strategy, digital innovation, and product development.
Founder and CEO of NuraCode, an Atlanta-based technology and media company focused on software, mobile applications, and digital products. Before launching the company, he spent about a decade working as a software developer in corporate America. Reid created NuraCode to develop meaningful technology that better represents minority and underserved audiences. He has also become a visible advocate for Atlanta’s Black technology and entrepreneurship community.
Alhassane Kouyate is a nonprofit leader committed to financial accountability, transparent governance, and practical community service. As Treasurer of Social Advancement Group’s Board of Directors, he supports the organization’s financial oversight, budgeting, recordkeeping, and responsible stewardship of charitable resources.
Alhassane also serves as President of Brahim Global Charities Inc., an Atlanta-based nonprofit that connects families and community residents with reliable services and trusted resources. In this role, he provides strategic leadership, cultivates relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders, and helps ensure that the organization’s activities remain aligned with its mission.
His nonprofit leadership and community-engagement experience support SAG’s commitment to sound governance, responsible resource management, and sustainable programs that create meaningful opportunities for underserved communities.
